Assets Management

View Asset

After successfully adding the Asset to Asset Management, it is added to the list of Asset.

Click on View that redirect the Asset to View page.

By clicking on View, the Asset shows its details and its related Assets history with respect to Category, Serial number , Title, Status, Thumbnail and Location.

In View page, we can monitor all the Asset details and have the option to download the attachment file of Asset Management.

Assets History: It means the log of the particular Asset which is related to the only selected status with their attributes.

Add Asset

To Add new Asset go to Asset Management--> Assets and click on the button Add new Asset.

 

These are the following attributes in Asset management:

Categories: Select the  Category of Asset.

Serial Number: Enter the Serial Number as  per Asset.

Title: Enter the name of the Asset.

Status: Select the status which the Asset is related to it 0 (or) 1.

Assigned (user): The specific Asset assigned to the user after added as member in Asset Management.

Notes: The short note on the Asset description.

After filling the text fields with provided data, click on the “SAVE” button.

Assets History

To get the details of Asset history, Go to Assets Management–> Click on Assets History

Here, It provides all the log details of Assets whether to know the Assets name, Status, Location, Assigned Person with Timesheets.

Statuses

Go to Assets Management–> Click on Statuses–> Add New

Hence, add the Status which the Asset is related to it.

Then we can view the list of Statuses like Out of Stock, Reopen, Not Available and Available. For to View/Edit/Delete the status by clicking the Action buttons that can manage it.

Assets History: It means the log of the particular Asset which is related to the only selected status.

Assets: The Assets are showing for this selected status only.

Categories

In order to Create Assets initially, the Categories should be provided.

Go to Assets Management–> Click on Categories–> Add New

Then add the Category that related to specific Asset.

Then we can view the list of Categories by  View/Edit options of the category.

Click on Action buttons then we can manage them.

By clicking on View, the category shows its details and its related Assets.

By selecting a particular Category, It allows us to monitor all the Assets which are related to the only selected category.
