You can easily create tasks, reminders, notes in quotes by going quotes -> view in that more option button.Where we can create tasks etc to particular employee or staff. Only assigned employees can perform the those tasks.

LaraOffice provides a feature where we can set the default sms for the quotes created , payment remainder, quotes overdue soon by simply going to Global settings->SmsTemplates->quotes-created etc, there we can create/edit the quotes – created template and also if you want to edit for a particular sms we can edit while sending the sms itself.
